Alpha Program Terms
These Alpha Program Terms govern your participation in the PFNApp App Hosting Alpha program. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service to clearly define refund commitments, managed service scope, migration support, backup policies, and Founder Pass allocations.
1. Refund Policy
Refund: 14 days from first payment, submit via ticket, refund sent via bank transfer (QRIS does not have a refund rail) up to TBD business days. Not applicable for renewals.
2. Managed Scope
Managed means: server, runtime container, SSL, domain/subdomain, restart on crash, logs and metrics in the console. Does not include: debugging application code, configuring application contents (Hermes prompts, n8n workflows).
3. Migration Assistance (Alpha)
Migration assistance (Alpha): 1 application + 1 database per tenant, until online, maximum 1 session.
4. Backup Policy
Backup: daily for Pro and Founder Pass. Starter without backup. RPO/RTO taken from verification results: TBD.
5. Founder Pass
Founder Pass: maximum 20 slots, Rp590,000/year, price locked for 12 months, renewal follows the prevailing price at that time.
