Billing Settings, Currency & Tax

This guide explains how to configure corporate identity details, tax IDs, and billing currencies.

Billing & Tax Settings

The Billing Settings page (/console/billing/settings) allows customization of corporate legal details rendered on official tax invoices and payment vouchers.

Billing & Tax Settings

Configuration Sections:

  1. Legal Business Name: Registered legal corporate name.
  2. Tax ID / NPWP: Official tax identification number for VAT/tax reporting.
  3. Registered Billing Address: Official physical address printed on invoices.
  4. Billing Currency: Base accounting currency (IDR or USD).

2. Applying & Updating Records

Ensure all statutory details are accurate prior to saving, as they are consumed directly by the invoice PDF generation engine.
